CONSULTATION AND DISCOVERY PHASE
We’ll begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to discuss your project details.
Next, let’s meet! We start with an on-site consultation to see the space and scope of your project. We want to hear your ideas, see how you live, and talk about what you envision. This consultation is all about YOU and what you’re dreaming of for your project!
To make it official, we’ll draw up a letter of agreement and a scope of work to suit your project’s specific needs, budget, and timeline. Once agreed, you’ll receive our welcome packet and client onboarding questionnaire. This will give us a clearer understanding of your goals and needs for the space. We want you to enjoy this collaborative process while entrusting that our team will bring your vision to life.

Let 's Design Your Space
CONCEPTUALIZATION AND SPECIFICATION PHASE
This is where our true design expertise and talents are at their best.
We will shape the desires and needs that you shared with us throughout the Consultation and Discovery Phase into specific design schemes. We’ll illustrate your personalized designs through inspiration boards, floorplans, or 3D renderings to give you a visual of your finished project.
The second part of the design process is truly where “design is in the details.” We will make selections for the finishes and furnishings, and present you with finalized concepts, proposals, and detailed drawings for your approval.
STEP 3
Let 's Make it Real!
PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT PHASE
The Keeping Interiors team handles all purchasing and execution in-house. Once we receive your approval and payment, we’ll begin the purchasing phase of your project.
After orders are placed and construction (if applicable) has begun, we’ll set a timeline for your project.
STEP 4
Bring it to Life!
INSTALLATION AND
COMPLETION PHASE
During this final phase of your project, Keeping Interiors will work alongside our team of professionals to oversee all stages of construction. We will also be on-site for project installations to guarantee that items are delivered and installed according to our standards of excellence.
In short, we will oversee every detail of your project to ensure your vision is achieved, and you’ll be kept up-to-date on the details all the way through to the completion of your new space.
