Samantha Keeping

Principal Designer
I'm Samantha Keeping, and for nearly three decades I have been designing beautiful interiors that express my clients' visions and lifestyles. I'm an eleven-time recipient of Houzz Awards for design and service, and have been featured in Food and Home and Boulevard, in addition to other local and online publications.
After earning my degrees in Design and Business, I spent ten years gaining invaluable experience working with builders and in retail design before launching Keeping Interiors. Two decades into running my own luxury design firm, I continue to be inspired by the importance of good design and how it enhances your life.

When I’m not designing beautiful spaces, you can find me spending time with my awesome husband, traveling, or out in the garden. I also spend valuable time listening to interior design business podcasts, reading trade magazines, and attending industry trade shows to ensure I’m offering you the latest trends and technology in design. I divide my time between our home in beautiful Santa Barbara and a modern pied-à-terre in Manhattan.

Dania K. Roberts
Interior Designer and

With a strong passion for architecture and fine art, Dania chose Interior design as a career path to marry both her passions.
​
After obtaining a BFA in interior architecture from New York Tech, Dania has worked at architecture firms in New York city to Interior design firms and lighting showrooms in the San Francisco Bay area.
​
Shes enjoys bringing interiors to life through great space planning, lighting, different textures, and innovative custom design elements tailored for each client based on how they live.
​
Dania believes that being in a fully well-designed space nourishes your soul and awakens creativity in everyone.
She has a deep passion for cooking, fashion, dancing, animals and traveling to new places with her husband.
Chelsea Locatelli
Client Services and
Logistics Manager

Chelsea has always been drawn to creative industries. Her interest in design was sparked when she was only 8 years old, accompanying her grandparents on antique shopping excursions. With a degree in Communications, as well as experience in public relations, event management, journalism, and marketing, Chelsea brings diverse knowledge and expertise to our team. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail keeps our projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Chelsea has been fortunate to call beautiful Santa Barbara home for most of her life, and shares her home with her loving boyfriend, two wonderful teenagers, and a couple of crazy kitties. She enjoys spending time outdoors, adores animals, and is our floral and plant stylist for Keeping Interiors’ photo shoots.
